A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with being drunk and disorderly after being arrested for emptying the contents of wheelie bins in Trowbridge.
Officers were called to Bradley Road in the early hours of Saturday morning following reports that someone was emptying the contents of wheelie bins into the road.
As a result, Adam Wasley, 21 of Bradley Road has been charged with being drunk and disorderly.
He was released on bail to appear before North Wiltshire Magistrates Court in Chippenham on July 14.
