PLANNING application to build up to 47 houses in Westbury has been submitted by Bath-based planning consultancy PlanningSphere.
The development, if approved, will be built to the east of the town, with the main vehicle entry access point in Bratton Road.
Consultancy founder Chris Beaver said: “It’s very early days so there’s a long way to go.
“The site is on the edge of the town and it won’t affect too many people if it’s approved as there aren’t many houses near it.
“There will be linkage between this development and the recently approved development for 300 houses via Coach Road."
Comments can be made on the application up until Friday, August 19.
