Break up your working day with some office yoga.

1. Give your eyes a rest by finding an unmoving spot about three metres away and focusing on it for a few seconds.

2. Sit with your feet flat on the floor and your spine erect.

3. Lift your hands over your head, inhaling deeply so your stomach fills up like a balloon.

4. Exhale, pulling your tummy back in and letting your arms fall. Repeat.

5. Rotate your head slowly. Look to each side, then up and down. Make sure your movements are not jerky.

6. When nobody is looking, bend forward at the waist and let your head and arms dangle and stretch. Inhale and exhale slowly a few times. Use your stomach muscles to draw your body back up into a sitting position.
