Hope you are all enjoying your summer break.

On Sunday the 17th of August, between 10:00am and 4:00pm) all clubs may deliver by hand their registrations for the coming season to a member of the Committee at Leafy Lane. The completed registrations will hopefully be returned to you at the meeting where the fixture/rule books are hand out. This meeting will take place on Thursday September the 4th at Melksham House. Both venues have yet to be confirmed but I will contact you all with final arrangements.

You may, as in accordance with rule 8b(i), post your registrations to the relevant Registrations secretary, however, you must ensure that there is enough postage on the envelope to get there and a self addressed stamped envelope (once again with sufficient postage on it) for its return.

Please read rule 8 of our hand book to ensure you have enough registrations for each team within the set time (with the exception of those handing theirs in on the 17th of August).

The Registration Secretary's are the same as last season with the exception of the under 9's and under 10's. Barbara Larkin, Bishops Cannings Club Secretary, will be the new under 9's/10's Results and Registrations Secretary. Due to the changeover in personal the 2008/09 season will now commence on the weekend of the 13th of September. Under 7's and 8's will commence at the end of September.
