A GIANT-size Bunny has helped to launch a Trowbridge trail designed to attract shoppers and visitors to explore the town centre over the Easter holiday.

The trail has been organised by Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce during the Easter holiday from Friday, March 29 to Sunday, April 14.

It features 35 eye-catching and decorated Easter bunnies which have been strategically placed in shops and offices around the town centre to encourage people to explore.

Trowbridge Chamber chair Kez Garner said: "Businesses put lots of effort into decorating their displays and some have also kindly donated prizes for those who find all 35 bunnies on the trail.  We hope people enjoy the trail!”

The bunnies can be found in cafes, art galleries, restaurants, flower and toy shops, hairdressers, beauty salons, a pet shop, a gin distillery, a circus school, The Shires shopping centre and Trowbridge Museum.

Each bunny will have a number displayed alongside it.  The challenge is to find all 35 bunnies, add up their numbers and email the total to info@trowbridgechamber.com to go into a draw for a chance to win prizes.

Trail maps can be downloaded from www.trowbridgechamber.com/events and a limited supply of printed maps will be available from The Toy Shop in Castle Street and Visitor Centre in St Stephen’s Place.
