CHIPPENHAM Town have bolstered their attacking options ahead of Saturday's clash with St Neots Town by signing striker Ollie Taylor from near neighbours Frome Town.
The 21-year-old, who first joined Frome on a dual-registration basis from National League Woking last year, has joined the Bluebirds after a successful seven-day approach by manager Mark Collier.
Collier said: “He has got pace and he has got aggression. He has been at pro clubs, so he knows his way around.
“He is a player that has done particularly well against us the couple of times we have come up against him. He will add a bit of quality and strength to the squad.”
Former Wycombe Wanderers trainee Taylor notched nine goals in 28 appearances for Frome, who recently replaced manager Adrian Foster with former Paulton Rovers boss Nick Bunyard.
